1. Refund Window & Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided the digital product has not been fully downloaded or accessed. If you complete the full download or materially access the deliverable, the purchase is considered delivered and non-refundable.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

3. Partial Access & Abuse

If we detect evidence of full product access or abuse (e.g., multiple refund requests by the same user, evidence of redistribution), FanLinko reserves the right to deny the refund request.

 

4. Influencer Sale Trials or Special Promos

If an influencer promotion offers a special deal or trial, any alternate refund terms presented during that promotion will apply and supersede this Policy as explicitly stated in the promotion.

 

5. Chargebacks & Reserves

To cover potential chargebacks, FanLinko may hold payout funds in reserve for a reasonable period (typically up to 14 days). Chargebacks are handled per our payment processor terms.

 

6. Legal Rights

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. However, nothing in this Policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
