FanLinko has one unified Terms of Service. All users must read and agree to the full Terms before using the platform.
Some sections apply to everyone (Mandatory) and others apply specifically to your role in FanLinko:
- Mandatory — Applies to All Users: Sections 1–7
- Creators: Sections 8–13
- Brands: Sections 14–19
- Fans: Sections 20–29

1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or using FanLinko’s website, products, or services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who may use the Service
FanLinko is built for three communities — Creators, Brands, and Fans.
Each has its own set of responsibilities and benefits outlined below.
Fans: Individuals who discover, follow, and purchase digital products through FanLinko.
Creators: Influencers or individuals who promote FanLinko products using their personal referral link.
Brands: Companies or creators who upload and sell digital products through the FanLinko platform.
3. Our Service
FanLinko provides a unified platform for digital products — including product pages, payment processing, tracking, and automated payouts.
We make it simple for Creators to earn, Brands to sell, and Fans to discover products they love.
4. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account.
Creators and Brands must provide valid payout details (PayPal or other supported method) and complete any required identity/tax verification.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep credentials secure.
5. Purchases & Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly as downloadable files after purchase.
Fans are responsible for saving their downloads.
FanLinko is not responsible for failed downloads due to connection or device issues.
6. Pricing & Fees
All prices are displayed on product pages and charged in USD unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time, but completed purchases remain unaffected.
7. Refunds & Returns
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the digital product has not been fully downloaded or accessed.
Terms for Creators
8. Overview
Creators earn lifetime commissions by sharing their personalized FanLinko link.
When a fan joins through a creator’s link, that fan’s future purchases on the platform automatically generate commissions for that creator — even from other brands’ products.
9. Commission Structure
Creators: 30%
Lifetime commissions on referred fans, regardless of which brand’s products they purchase later.
New — Tier 2 Commission:
Creators also earn 5% commissions on all sales made by other Creators they directly recruit.
This 5% is paid from FanLinko’s share, meaning the newly recruited Creator still keeps their full 30% without any reduction.
Brands: 20%
FanLinko: 50%
(Covers payment gateways, 24/7 support, promo materials, and platform operations.)
10. Payouts
Processed via PayPal or another supported processor.
Commissions log instantly after a purchase.
Payouts are issued weekly after the 14-day refund period.
Minimum payout threshold: $10 USD. Balances below this amount roll over until met.
All earnings and payout info are displayed in your Creator Dashboard.
11. Promotion Rules
Creators must promote honestly and ethically.
Spam, fake traffic, deceptive advertising, or any manipulation of tracking is prohibited.
FanLinko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
12. Intellectual Property
Creators receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved marketing assets provided by FanLinko.
All product files, copy, and platform IP remain FanLinko’s property.
Creators may not resell or redistribute raw product files.
13. Termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time.
After termination, affiliate links are disabled, and remaining eligible balances will be paid per the payout schedule.
Terms for Brands
14. Overview
Brands use FanLinko to list, promote, and sell digital products (such as guides, templates, or courses).
FanLinko manages hosting, checkout, analytics, and payouts — allowing brands to focus on creation.
15. Commission Structure
Brands: 20% of each completed sale.
(This applies to all sales across the platform, whether referred by creators or purchased directly by fans.)
FanLinko: 50%
Creators: 30% (on referred fan purchases).
16. Listing & Approval
All products must meet FanLinko’s quality, legality, and originality standards.
FanLinko reserves the right to review, edit, or decline any submission that does not align with brand or content policies.
17. Payments & Reporting
Payouts are issued weekly via PayPal or another supported method after the refund window closes.
Brands can view sales, commission breakdowns, and performance analytics in their Dashboard.
18. Intellectual Property
Brands retain ownership of their original digital content.
By uploading, you grant FanLinko a limited license to host, market, and deliver your content through our platform.
19. Termination
Brands may remove listings or terminate participation at any time.
Pending balances will be processed according to the payout cycle.
Terms for Fans
20. Overview
Fans are the heart of FanLinko.
By purchasing products, you support both the creator community and the brands that make them.
21. Purchases
Digital products are available for immediate download after payment.
You may use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise stated.
22. Refunds
Refunds are offered within 14 days if the product has not been accessed.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Optional: Fans may choose to receive refunds in FanLinko Credits, which include an additional 10% bonus added to the refund amount.
FanLinko Credits can be used toward future purchases and are visible in the Fan Portal.
23. Conduct
Fans must not attempt to resell, redistribute, or share paid content publicly.
Accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior may be suspended.
24. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
If any digital products involve fitness, nutrition, or wellness content, they are for informational purposes only.
Always consult a qualified professional before making health or fitness decisions.
25. Intellectual Property
All content on FanLinko — including text, graphics, product files, and layouts — is owned by or licensed to FanLinko.
Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FanLinko and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
By using the platform, you agree to indemnify FanLinko against any claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless local mandatory laws apply.
Any legal claim shall be brought in Wyoming courts.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
When changes are made, we’ll post the new date above.
Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
